This item is small enough to fit in an envelope, why can't you send it in the mail?

All packages that leave our facility are issued a tracking number and insured. In the event your order goes missing or is damaged in transit, it can be replaced at no charge. Envelopes cannot be tracked or insured, so in the event of loss or damage, your purchase would not be protected.
